1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Trinusa Nutri Biotek ("TNB", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, digital biosecurity platforms, products, and consulting services.

By accessing our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Digital Platforms

If you are provided access to TNB's Spatial Biosecurity Platforms or Dashboards, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use the mapping and hotspot data solely for internal farm management and disease prevention purposes.
• Not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or distribute the proprietary software infrastructure provided by TNB.

3. Products & Disclaimers

TNB supplies chemical disinfectants, sanitizers, and biological products (such as vaccines or phytomolecules). While our products are tested to meet high industry standards:

• The effectiveness of sanitation products depends heavily on correct application, dosage, and environmental factors at the client's premises.
• TNB does not guarantee 100% eradication of all pathogens, as biosecurity is a multi-layered practice.
• All products must be used strictly in accordance with the provided Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and technical guidelines.

4. Consulting Limitations

Our biosecurity audits, risk assessments, and consulting services provide strategic recommendations based on best practices and available data. However, the implementation and daily enforcement of these protocols remain the sole responsibility of the farm owner or facility manager. TNB is not liable for disease outbreaks resulting from human error or failure to adhere to recommended protocols.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, proprietary biosecurity methodologies, dashboard software, logos, and all source code, databases, functionality, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by TNB and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of livestock, or other damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
